Edwin Noreña is one of Colombia's most recognised coffee processing innovators. Raised in a multi-generation coffee farming family in Quindío and head of the Campo Hermoso Farm. He has dedicated his career to exploring how fermentation, processing, and varietal selection can unlock new possibilities in coffee while
creating greater value at origin. Edwin Noreña has been one of the first adopters and experimenters in the coffee Co-Ferment space, leading to this incredible Blueberry Co-ferment.

Jairo Arcilia is a Third generation coffee farmer and processor. His incredible passion and coffee knowledge allows him to produce extremely high quality lots every year from his farm in Quindio, Santa Mónica. His constant experimentation and knowledge sharing constantly is a great example of a coffee professional moving the industry forward. 

The blend of these two coffees finds balance and an elevated sweetness. Creating a more interesting and complex cup profile than just a pure blueberry bomb.
